For 7 days, add 1 sachet to 2 cups of cold water and boil on stove until salt has dissolved (3-4 minutes). Add 1 tsp of the bottle liquid to pot after removing from stove, then pour into a full tub of hot water and soak for 10-15 minutes. You can also hang the sachet on the shower head and let it run down (if no tub is available) or use a foot basin and soak feet for 10-15 minutes. Be sure to use our Attraction Oil or Body Butter following bath.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from water.
