Topically - In an upward motion, apply 1-2 drops around either side of the anklebone and down to the arch of the foot. May also apply 2 drops to abdomen with a warm compress. Vaginal Suppositories: Insert 1 capsule vaginally just before bedtime for 4 nights. If irritation occurs, discontinue use for 3 days before resuming.
