    Suggested Usage

    Apply 4 drops to the forehead, crown of the head, soles of the feet, lower abdomen, and lower back 1-3 times daily. May also place a warm compress with 1-2 drops on lower back and lower abdomen 2 times daily until heavy periods have decreased.

    Grapeseed Oil, Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E Oil (D Alpha, Beta, Delta & Gamma Tocopherol), Castor Oil (Cold-pressed & Hexane Free), Essential Oils of Cypress, Helichrysum, and Cistus.
