Ages 3-5 years - Add 1/8 teaspoon to 6-8oz of juice or water, once nightly before bedtime or as needed for cough and sore throat. Ages 6-9 years - Add 1/4 teaspoon. Ages 10-14 years - Add 1/2 teaspoon. Ages 16+ - Add 1 teaspoon. Drink at least 2-4 cups of water throughout the day while using. Keep refrigerated and discard after 6 months.

It was so effective that I didn't have to use it as long as I expected. This syrup is way better than Robitussin in my opinion because after 4 days of use, my son still had a nasty cough. Ordered this syrup and his bad cough was gone the first night of use. After 2 days, he was good to go.
I tried a few OTC meds and none knocked out my little one's cough like this here. I mean cleared my daughter's cough overnight and allowed her to get a good night's rest. I added some to a cup of tea and had her suck on a lemon and she was quiet as a mouse. This cough syrup is the absolute TRUTH!
