Sometimes the foods we eat or drink, the slightest change in hormones, certain medications like birth control, condoms, body wash or even spiritually dusty semen can throw a woman's vaginal pH off. This may cause an odor, discharge (white-pale yellow, milky-cottage cheese), spotting of blood, or yeast/bacterial overgrowth and itchiness. Listen to your body when these changes occur and pay attention to what might be triggering the imbalance, if it's reoccurring.
